New Release
Pinot Gris.jpg

Hunter Valley Semillon and seafood or oysters, I need say no more…but I will anyway! Fresh citrus characters dance seamlessly from the nose to the palate and crisp acidity leaves a mouth cleansing freshness that begs for more. No oak for this wine. Can’t and won’t stop at just one….why would you?

A short time in contact with the pink and purple skins of ripe Pinot Gris grapes before pressing means added flavour. Thinking about baked apples, grapefruit and nectarines will go a long way towards understanding this wine. The perfect partner to a chilly bucket of ice, you will be disappointed to find the last glass has gone to someone else. Get in first and avoid regret!

2022 Verdelho.jpg

Fully ripe grapes have produced a wine that displays a broad array of citrus and tropical fruit characters with a hint of white pepper. The palate is dry, richly flavoured and long. This is white wine with attitude and should be approached with caution.

2022 Chardonnay.jpg

Chardonnay wines often receive all the winemaking tricks…this wine has a bag of them! Classy oak, malolactic butter and extended yeast lees contact has produced a rich and creamy palate wrapped around a citrus and stone fruit centre. Please Sir….can I have some more!

2022 GSM.jpg

The red fruit and white pepper characters of Grenache blend artfully with the black fruits of Shiraz and herbal notes of Mourvèdre in the melting pot that is the Wizard’s brew. Ripe and smooth tannins lead to a long and savoury finish. Alcohol adds body to this wine….even a crystal ball couldn’t tell what your future will be after this!
