The Wine: Pale lemon in colour. Light intensity aromas of lemon, orange peel, chamomile, pear and apple. Dry with significant but very fine acidity, light body with green apple, lemon and pear on the palate.
In summary: A clean, refreshing and exceedingly enjoyable wine. Very youthful and forward fruit that melds with the acid backbone to create persistent length. The wine was much better than the food but what do you expect from fish fingers??
